I'm so naughty!!
I know that I wasn't going to start anything new untill I had completed one of my UFO's but I have had this kitted up for ages and have been itching to start it.
It is the Birds Of A Feather sampler from Papillon Creations. I thought it would be a nice companion piece for Castles in the Air.
Here is where i am just now.
The box at the top is part of the border. and the "blobs" are Tied Windmill stitches.

Very pretty start.The tied windmill stitches look lovely.
Love the color. Looking forward to watching your progress. I don't think I have ever done a tied windmill stitch but I like the effect.
